Purchasing Artwork
All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our work, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production begins.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at info@wistfulheartstudios.com within 3 business days of receiving the order. Be sure to include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout for our available works. For all custom orders, we will calculate shipping costs when completed. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Custom Commissions
Custom artwork is available for residential, commercial, and public spaces. Commissioned projects require a written agreement detailing the scope, timeline, and payment terms. A non-refundable deposit or full pre-payment may be required before production begins. All commissioned work is non-refundable.
Licensing Artwork
We offer licensing of original artwork and imagery for editorial, commercial, and digital use. Licensing is subject to a written agreement outlining:
