HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Each piece is carefully made to order from our private studio in the heart of Long Island, New York. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days within the U.S., and varies by region for international orders.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE FOR A PRINT OR PAINTING?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All artwork sales are final, as each piece is made-to-order with care and intention. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@wistfulheartstudios.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

CAN I PURCHASE ART WITHOUT A FRAME?

Yes, we offer options if you prefer to handle framing yourself. Our default option includes fine art framing using premium wood mouldings imported from Italy, but we’re happy to tailor your order to your preferences. Just mention this when placing your order or contact us beforehand.
