We do not offer exchanges at this time. We offer refunds on defective and unused items purchased directly from our online store. See below for more information on our return policy. Please submit your request for a refund and purchase your preferred item through a new order. 

Damages and Issues

Wistful Heart Studios™ takes pride in sending our official products to arrive safely to our clients. Please take the time to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.


Wistful Heart Studios™ LLC offers a 14-day return policy on defective and unused items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you may contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
